  1.                             The Mortgage Analyzer Professional

  3.   The following is a list of features found in the "Professional" version of
  4.   The Mortgage Analyzer which are not found in the "Basic" version.
  5.   
  6.    * Contains ALL features of the Basic version
  7.   
  8.    * Set default Qualification Ratios for Conventional, FHA, VA and
  9.      Canadian loans.
  10.   
  11.    * Set default Mortgage Insurance Factors for 30 Year Fixed Rates, 15 
  12.      Year Fixed Rates, 30 Year Adjustable Rates, 15 Year Adjustable Rates,
  13.      FHA MIP for 15 and 30 Years and VA Funding Fees.
  14.  
  15.    * Allows the ability to Compare 3 Mortgages at once.
  16.  
  17.    * Input up to 15 mortgage plans which can be used for quick selection
  18.      of product.  Mortgage plan information includes: Loan Type (Conv, FHA,
  19.      VA), Interest Type (ARM, Fixed, Stepped, Reset), Years In Loan, Rate,
  20.      Discount Points, Mortgage Insurance Type and Caps and Margins for ARMs.
  21.      When creating a schedule or summary, you may optionally select the 
  22.      mortgage plan desired and all information will be ported over.  When
  23.      doing comparisons, you may select a mortgage plan for each loan making
  24.      comparisons between Conventional, FHA and VA loans even easier.

  26.    * Contains the ability to produce "Good Faith Closing Estimations".  It
  27.      includes over 30 of the most popular HUD-1 closing costs.  Options are
  28.      given to add two customizable closing items.  Configuration options
  29.      allow you to set default closing values which can be overridden at the
  30.      time of actual creation of the "Good Faith Estimate" report.  You may
  31.      elect to have the report exclude those items which do not have a charge
  32.      associated with them.

  34.    * Contains the ability to turn bolding on or off for schedule totals,
  35.      headers and footers.
  36.   
  37.    * Allows an optional "Print Date" on reports.
  38.  
  39.    * Contains the ability to add 3 permanent footer lines.  These can be
  40.      used for company name, address, phone number or anything.
  41.   
  42.    * Contains the ability to add additional footnotes to appear on all pages
  43.      or just on the last page of a schedule.
